** Call Now ** Tax/Trust Legal Executive ** Guildford ** Our client is one of the largest and best known Legal Practices in Surrey with seven offices. They are currently recruiting for a Legal Executive / Paralegal to join their Private Client department in Guildford specialising in tax and trusts work. The successful candidate will handle an existing caseload of trust administration and trust and personal tax work for private clients. Assisting a fee earner currently carrying out such work bring existing files on to the firm's trust management system and thereafter run them. The ideal candidate will come from a legal or financial background and have knowledge of taxation of trusts for income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax. It is important for that you work effectively as part of a team and be able to work effectively under pressure and be computer literate.
