** Litigation Trainers * Basingstoke ** Fixed Term ** Upto 35K ** One of the UK's leading practices has an exciting opportunity at their Basingstoke office. They are recruiting for a team of technical experts within the litigation field. You will be providing you expertise to the operational units. The main focus of the team will be train and coach case handlers with complex fast track files to ensure they are concluded with the best possible outcome for the client. The focus of the role is pass on your knowledge to less experienced team members as part of their personal development but you will also be expected to bring a proportion of cases to conclusion by pro-actively working on the file and supporting the case handler. The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of five years experience dealing extensively with Litigation. You will be required to demonstrate a whole spectrum of issues involved in dealing with fast track cases and how to overcome them. Your negotiation skills need to be excellent.
