I am looking for a Business Support Professional to lead and manage a team within a Military Client. You will be required to provide strategic sourcing procurement support to a lot of major projects and business related procurement. The ideal candidate will 1.Have worked within a secure military environment in the past 12 months 2.Demonstrable experience leading and managing overall procurement support, strategic and business specific procurement 3.Experience in using a range of EU compliant procurement tools and routes 4.Experience developing market and commodity intelligence 5.Experience providing direct support and advice on makor projects, and acting in an advisory capacity 6.Experience developing strong relationships with Key Stakeholders 7.Experience participating in project and programme governance activities 8.Experience utilising performance assessment to measure procurement and supplier performance 9.Experience in a Line Manager capacity 10.Experience with financial management 11.Experience in Programme or Project Management 12.Have excellent interpersonal skills, effective negotiation techniques, written and oral communication skills This vacancy is being advertised by S.Com Group Ltd.
