1st / 2nd Line Support Technician
My client is a large public sector organisation and they're looking for an experience 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to start as soon as possible within their existing support department.
The main focus will be around providing desktop support to users on site along with some helpdesk support and so general experience in this area is essential.
More specifically, experience of working in a Windows / Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 environment is also a requirement for this role.
This is a user facing role and so general customer service skills are also an absolute must for this role.
Other duties will include system upgrades, general hardware / software maintenance, installations of new machines / software and other general support tasks.
