SR Technics UK Ltd is part of the world’s largest independent provider of total solutions for airlines and aviation companies. Our headquarters at London Stansted is the heart of a comprehensive operational network offering the full range of light and line maintenance, design and engineering, component repair, supply chain, training and technical services to worldwide accreditation standards. London Gatwick is our second largest Line Station in the UK. We support a number of customers at this base with the following aircraft types; Boeing 737 (Classic and New Generation), 757, 767 and Airbus A320 family. We currently support over 20 night stopping aircraft at this station so the line maintenance work is both varied and fast paced. We are looking for excellent engineers who have experience of working in the line environment, delivering high quality work, safely and on time. It is essential that the candidate holds a current valid EASA part 66 license and have experience on Airbus A320 family. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: ·Exercising your licence/approval by accomplishing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and rectification of defects in an efficient and safe manner. ·Reviewing the work and resources whilst maintaining liaison with the certifying Licensed Engineer or Shift Leader. ·Advising the Licensed Engineer or Shift Leader of any impending service disruptions, problems or areas of concern that may have an impact on the operating programme. ·Ensuring documentation and its certification is completed in a timely manner and to the defined procedures to meet Company and Contracted Customer Procedures and legislation. Key Requirements for this role: ·EASA part 66 License ·Approval on Airbus A320 ·5 year checkable work history in order to obtain an airside pass ·Ability to provide a Criminal Record Check in order to obtain an airside pass ·Full driving license ·Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
