Job description
Initially a 12 – 14 month contract the Administration Team Leader will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary of between GBP 20,000 - GBP 21,000, 20 days holiday in the first 12 months alongside excellent working hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, fee car parking, child care vouchers and other additional benefits. The successful Administration Team Leader will be working for Europe's leading educational and group travel company that has been operating since 1967 and employs in excess of 370 people with modern state of the art offices just outside Blackpool and close to motorway networks. Within the role of Administration Team Leader you will - Be responsible for the day to day management of the Administration team ensuring the provision of an efficient administration support to the sales and operations product teams within this leading travel organisation. - Have direct responsibility for the support, training and development management of administration team members as well as working with the Business Process Manager and Best Practice Working Groups on the development and communication of best practice administration procedures within the Group. Individuals that would be ideal for the Administration Team Leader role will be able to demonstrate - Proven track record in managing individuals and dealing with people management related issues - Experience of working as a manager or team leader role within an office environment (ideally within an administration team) - A broad understanding of training and coaching skills - Excellent administration & computer literacy skills - Strong customer service skills - Meticulous attention to accuracy and detail This Administration Team Leader role is initially a 12 to 14 month contract to cover maternity leave.
