About us Jet2.com is an award winning, fast growing low cost airline operating from 6 bases in the UK, with our engineering support based at Bournemouth International Airport. We also offer bespoke passenger charter services, tailored to our customers’ individual requirements, whilst our cargo aircraft fly contract services on behalf of postal authorities. In this role you will play an important part in helping us maintain our excellent reputation for aircraft reliability, whilst our fleet of B737 and B757 aircraft continues to grow. The Role You will be working in the Reliability Department who are responsible for the monitoring of both system and component performance for both fleets. This includes the determining of maintenance requirements for both scheduled & unscheduled component removals, the identification of untoward trends and remedial action recommendation. You will be required to visit OEM’s / MRO’s to ensure that the company’s standards are met and when deemed necessary, witness component test / stripdowns. Additionally, you will assist in the collation of statistical operational performance reports.
