Area Sales Manager Building products and systems £25k to £30k basic, £15k bonus, Car, Pension, Healthcare, Laptop and Mobile Herefordshire, Worcestershire or South Birmingham candidates are likely to be based on territory Ref: KV 1827 Our client, a successful and innovative manufacturer of cold applied coatings and membranes for roofs, walls and hygiene control are seeking to expand their sales force through the recruitment of the above position. Established in 1963 the company are fully committed to providing highly advanced, leading edge systems that are durable, cost-effective and require minimal maintenance. The company's extensive product range has been used in projects ranging from the Arctic Circle to the heat of the Persian Gulf and is regularly relied upon by many major organisations including British Airways, Marks and Spencer, Debenhams and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham. This role will be to sell their comprehensive product range into Local Authorities, Commercial end users and Surveyors across the South of England dealing primarily with facilities managers, contractors and surveyors. Whilst there is an emphasis on new business a high degree of support is given through leads and other marketing activity. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales. They will be hungry, dynamic, consultative, professional and possess good closing skills. Whilst a background in construction would be an added bonus it is by no means essential as full product training is given. It is important that the right person is used to working autonomously, they will be extremely money motivated and wanting the opportunity to join a fast growing organisation.
