Job description

A highly experienced solicitor in property development, is sought to join this leading law firm based in Exeter. You will be required to lead complex property transactions, draft and negotiate transaction documents, estate management, options and pre-emption agreements and deal with all advisory queries. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead high value/complex transactions as well as give advice on this area. You should have a proven track record of drafting a variety of commercial property documentation and have the skills to assist or supervise other members of the team. The successful candidate will be proactive, hard working and client friendly with a strong academic background. You will also possess excellent communication skills in order to make and build relationships with clients along with strong market awareness.
