Prestigious Business Travel company are looking to recruit for BTC’s in Aberdeen. This role will involve acting as a primary contact for customers handling all incoming service requests, completing reservations at point of sale accurately & efficiently aswell as providing excellent service for all customers. Candidates need to have vast experience of working in the travel industry previously preferably in Business Travel but strong retail travel consultants with CRS skills will also be considered. You will need to be able to provide product knowledge on Air/ Hotel/ Rail & ferry reservations.
