The Company;

Our client is an award winning & leading player in the ICT, Aerospace and Defense Recruitment arena who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. They have an excellent reputation and provide their clients with total Recruitment Lifecycle solutions either outsourced or provided on an online model. They are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager in the Manchester area.

The Candidate;

The candidate will be an experienced Business Development Manager and would ideally have a good grasp of recruitment solutions. You will have an excellent proven track record in sales. The Business Development Manager must be able to sell conceptually and to present well at all levels including board level. In addition you will have sold ideally into the Corporate sector and have both account management and new business development experience.

You will be a strong business developer who is hungry to progress within recruitment and this company. Ideally you will come from an IT/Aerospace/Engineering background but other industry experience will also be considered as long as you have recruitment.
