Immediately inheriting an excellent caseload you'll advise a number of financial institutions and corporate clients across a broad range of domestic and cross-border banking on the full spectrum of issues and finance related transactions, including: Acquisition finance Asset and equipment finance, and leasing Corporate debt facilities and restructuring Project finance Property finance Securitisations At the same time, and with full partnership backing, you'll also look to expand the work base further leveraging off strong existing contacts as well as sourcing independent instructions.
