Banking Recruitment/Graduate Consultant London Up to £25k basic + £50-60k OTE A fantastic opportunity exists for a Recruitment Consultant to join a successful team within our clients Banking Division. This team specialises in the recruitment of qualified accountants with a salaries ranging from £45,000 - £135,000 into Investment/ Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Stock broking, Private/ Retail Banking & Insurance. The team operates in a competitive & growing market space where the key to success is the continued development of client relationships & the ability to quickly deliver quality candidates. There is also a specific need to offer clients new & innovative solutions to candidate attraction. To date the team has been extremely successful & has cultivated very strong relationships with top-tier Financial Services across the city. To enable you to be part of this success, you must have a strong track record of fee generation. Essential skills & experience for this role include: -previous sales experience in a fast paced environment -Goal orientated & proven business development ability -Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at a senior level within the Financial Services sector The financial rewards are excellent both in terms of basic salary & bonus structure.
