A world leader of logistics are currently seeking a talented, professional and enthusiastic Account Executive to join the successful and ever-expanding team.

Covering the Midlands area but focusing on Tamworth, you will be targeting new business whilst managing and maximising on existing business, selling the core products of an extensive portfolio. You will be responsible for territory planning, making your own appointments, offering logistical solutions and self taught service enhancements.

The role will also involve liaising with operators and various internal departments to arrange collections, identifying areas of customer concern and additional sales opportunities, guiding and coordinating colleagues, and ensuring that appropriate trading levels are maintained.  You will be based out on the field 90% of the time with the remaining 10% office based.

The successful applicant will have previous field experience selling solutions to businesses. Experience within logistics/freight forwarding would be advantageous.

In return the company offer a basic of £22,655 with £475 guaranteed commission based on set targets. Benefits include 20 days holiday, a company car, laptop and mobile phone, with pension and healthcare after 12 months service.
