Bi-lingual French PA required for Top Prestige Motor Company -NW London Salary: £38,000k - £40,000 Basic 10% Bonus + Car Fuel Bupa Pension Family Car Scheme. Our client a highly successful Motor Company, are looking to recruit an experienced PA to work for the MD of this automotive group. A MINIMUM OF FOUR-FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PA AT DIRECTOR LEVEL IS ESSENTIAL with a solid work history. You must have fast accurate typing skills, excellent systems knowledge and must also be fluent in French both written and orally. This is a true PA role where the director will give a lot of responsibility to the PA and must be able to trust that they will complete the work to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities of the PA are as follows: Managing small projects fir the director and ensuring satisfactory closure Dealing with travel arrangements, booking appointments and diary management Compiling own correspondence when necessary Dealing with the day to day post Dealing with queries Dealing with and vetting all incoming calls So, if you have excellent communication skills with a flair for dealing with tasks to the highest standards then this is excellent opportunity not to be missed!!
