The opportunity

They are currently seeking an experienced individual to manage and run their Basingstoke operation. You will be tasked with managing the office, including one other consultant and administrator and you will remain hands on and actively develop new business. You will also meet with clients and present the services of the business to them. You will also be tasked with working to branch targets and you will report information to Regional Managers and Directors. You will also be responsible for identifying training and development needs of your staff.

Your background

We are seeking experienced individuals ideally with some experience within the healthcare sector but will also consider applicants from other recruitment sectors. You will be experienced with the full recruitment cycle and you will possess excellent communication skills and will be committed to providing the highest standard of service delivery.
