JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager.
AREA: North West.
BASED: Home based on patch.
BASIC: £35K - £45K dependent on experience.
OTE: £70K uncapped.
BENEFITS: Full corporate benefits: £5K car allowance, 25 days holiday plus stats, pension, laptop, mobile and flexible benefits.
THE ROLE
·If you are looking to be rewarded financially for your success then this is the position for you as it offers a Business Development Manager the opportunity to sell corporate benefit solutions into the large to blue chip markets.
·The main solutions are based around vouchers which are sold into companies to offer their staff.
·The Business Development Manager will be concentrating on both the public and commercial sectors with 100 minimum employees.
·The Business Development Manager will often be selling into the human resources department at director level.
·This is a new business focussed role where all accounts are retained and therefore the role becomes more account management focussed over time.

·50% of the company is owned by a multi national, multi billion turnover giant.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·All candidates should have business to business field sales experience in selling services and solutions.
·The successful applicants will be consultative, professional, intelligent, resilient and hard working.
·Candidates that have sold to large corporate and blue chips are sought for this position.
·Experience in selling into human resources would be beneficial for this position.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
