Business Development Manager Infectious Disease

The Client: This market leading company is one of the most successful manufacturers of equipment and consumables used for the analysis of infectious diseases. Due to recent expansion they are looking to consolidate and develop their profile in the lucrative laboratory sector. They require a dynamic individual to further develop relationships and grow the Scottish market. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a life science background to join a well established and continually growing company.

The Role: You will be working within a variety of laboratory environments where their range of HIV Screening, CDIFF and lab analysers can be directly utilised, ranging from NHS laboratories to university laboratories. To succeed within this role is it vital that you have the ability to work closely with both the laboratory managers, professors and procurement. As a candidate you should have a track record of success selling to the laboratory market with a working knowledge of molecular biology and microbiology. The role includes extensive training and will continue to reward the successful applicant.

The Package:
Basic Salary - £30 - 35,000
Commission 10% Salary
