JOB TITLE : Business Development Manager - Outsourced HR Solutions Sales
SELLING : Outsourced HR Solutions
SELLING TO : Any Commercial Client
TERRITORY : Midlands
LOCATION : Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stafford
PACKAGE: Basic £30K 35K. OTE - £60k Benefits-car or car allowance, series, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, expense account.

COMPANY INFORMATION

- Part of a large UK group, they operate as a specialist stand alone division
- They have seen significant growth over the last 3 years
- This role has arisen directly from the need for additional sales staff

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING

- 2 years field sales experience selling some form outsourced HR solution
- Credibility, presentation skills and excellent personal presentation.
- A proven track record of target achievement as a business development manager


IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING

- Career Stability and a genuine reasons for leaving previous employ
- 3yrs+ sales experience
- Excellent business development skills


ROLE INFORMATION

- As a Business development manager you will be selling high spec/high quality interior and exterior lighting products to Architects, Designers and Specifiers within the commercial sector
- The business development manager role will be a combination of account management and new project generation
- Internal sales and marketing support will be provided to the successful business development manager
