JOB TITLE:Business Development Manager-Outsourced Manufacturing Sales

OTE:Guaranteed Year 1 - £5-£10k

THE ROLE

·Your role will encompass selling outsourced manufacturing, integrated electronic systems, system design, system testing and other related outsourced solutions.
·You will focus on the OEM market, specifically Medical, Defence, Industrial, Aerospace and Telco.
·You will be closing business with Buyers, Technical Directors, MDs and other Board Members.
·This role is new business focused dealing with contracts ranging from £500,000+
·You will spend a lot of time liaising with clients, sometimes up to 18 months before the contract is secure.
·Your first year target will be £1million turnover.
·You will receive a full induction and training programme.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience from any horizontal or vertical.
·Very articulate and presentable with the ability to deal with complex and lengthy sales processes.
