Business Development Manager / Sales Account Manager
Chichester, West Sussex
Circa £20,000 DOE (Basic) OTE Uncapped £50,000 - £60,000 Plus Childcare Vouchers, 24 Days' Holiday

Our client is a rapidly expanding web design agency based on the south coast of England. They are currently looking to recruit a talented Business Development Manager / Sales Account Manager to work closely with the director to find and manage new business.

In this role you will be responsible for keeping the flow of work coming, keeping clients happy, and enabling the designers and developers to get on with doing what they do best. That means managing the accounts of existing clients, as well as identifying new clients and successfully selling them the company's services.

You will be earning a generous rate of commission on top of your basic salary. Although this is an office based role, some travel to meetings within the UK will be required.

To succeed in this position you must have previous experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a related industry or the IT sector. Knowledge of web design and development or online marketing would be beneficial to your application, but is not essential.

Additionally, as the Business Development Manager / Sales Account Manager you will need to be someone who thrives under pressure and has experience of managing a sales pipeline. You should also be confident writing proposals and pitching to potential clients.
