Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Financial Services
Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
£35,000 plus Commission (5% of first year sales, 2% thereafter), Private Healthcare, Company Pension (all after qualifying period), Car Allowance, 24 Days' Holiday

With an international customer base, our client is a Cambridgeshire-based personal tax compliance specialist currently expanding into the outsource market within the UK. They are now seeking to recruit an equally ambitious and self driven, Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join their team.

As a highly motivated sales professional, the Business Development Manager / Sales Manager will take over and grow this key area of the business. This role is key to the firm's future growth plans and as such will provide a path for the successful individual to secure a place on the senior management team within 12 16 months.

Working remotely for much of your time, as the Business Development Manager / Sales Manager you will be meeting both new and existing clients to drive business growth and manage partner relationships.

To succeed as the Business Development Manager / Sales Manager, the right applicant will be able to demonstrate:

- A proven track record in sales within Financial Services/Taxation/BPO
- Ability to communicate with partners, senior partners and board level directors
- Comfort with working autonomously against targets

You will also hold excellent planning and organisational skills, with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
