JOB TITLE:
Business Development Manager Video Conferencing Sales
SELLING:
Video Conferencing, including networks and managed services around this.
SELLING TO:
SMEs.
TERRITORY:
UK wide.
LOCATION:
You must live in London or the South East, as you will be required in the London office when not on appointments.
PACKAGE:
£30K - £35K basic, £60K - £70K OTE, £350 per month car allowance, mobile and laptop.
COMPANY INFORMATION
- Established in 1999. - 47 employees in the UK. - Turnover of £12million last year.
YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
- Video conferencing or VoIP background. - Must be a new business hunter. - Ambition, drive and hunger are required of the Business Development Manager..
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
- On the way up in career, with 2 to 3 years experience.
ROLE INFORMATION
- The Business Development Manager will be selling video conferencing, including networks (these are their own). Also selling City IS desktop video, which is high definition web conferencing. There will also be an aspect of selling the managed services around this. - 10% of the time will be taking up selling VoIP systems and ISDN services. - Selling to SMEs in a 90% new business capacity will be expected of the Business Development Manager. - Back up by an internal lead generation team. - Sales cycles of 2 to 3 months. - The Business Development Manager will be selling to IT directors. - Average order value of £25K. - Target to be confirmed.
