Title: Business Development Manager- Security- Manned Guarding Salary: £30-35K (NEG) Basic + Uncapped OTE + Car Allowance + Laptop + Mobile Location: Reading Ref: KPISV108 Business Development Manager - Security- Manned Guarding £30-35K Basic + Uncapped OTE + Car + Laptop + Mobile. Our client is the market leader in Manned guarding and due to constant growth and an internal promotion they are now seeking to recruit a business development manger to help continually carry the business forward, reporting directly to the National Sales Manager. You will be selling Manned Guarding security Services, you will be targeted with winning new business, as well as the retention of existing accounts. The ideal candidate will either be currently working within the manned guarding business or would have had past experience and has a proven track record of achieving new business sales targets.
