My Client, a main volume dealership in Stony Stratford is currently looking for a Business Manager/Controller.  This position would suit an outstanding individual who has the relevant experience needed along with real drive, ambition and the personality, to raise our Standards of Excellence.

You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement with the confidence to motivate the team to deliver greater performance. Additionally, you will possess a highly-developed sales ability, excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding commitment with an enthusiasm for team working.

The role of the Business Manager/Sales Controller is key in ensuring that the dealership achieves the vehicle sales that are required, whilst retaining maximum profit and ensuring that our proposals meet the customers' needs.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Business Manager/Sales Controller is responsible for:

  • The control and maintenance of FSA adherence
  • Working towards the increasing profitability of my clients well established Sales Team
  • Supporting the Sales Leader to ensure the business meets its profit and volume targets
  • Maximising profitability per unit sales
  • Exploring opportunities and managing all enquiries
  • Ensuring accurate completion of all documentation
  • Liaising with the finance companies to achieve the reimbursement of all finance commission and volume bonuses
