We are currently looking to recruit an expereince planning & highways ILEX/Solicitor for small and friendly borough council.

Candidates should have previous expereince of handling a full planning caseload.

Duties will include;

- Full planning caseload including Section 106s
- Planning enforcements
- Highway agreements
