COOL COMMERCIAL MANAGERIN-HOUSE OPTION:- Top Software Corporation is looking to recruit a talented, experienced commercial / contract manager to the legal commercial team based in the European HQ. The role covers a wide range of commercial issues but in bottom line involves providing outstanding commercial support to the business nationally & internationally. You will be comfortable dealing with contract advice, negotiations and drafting of an increasingly complex commercial proposition. You will work closely with the sales and finance teams as well as legal, product and contract administration specialists within the commercial team. You will have experience working in the technology sector. You will be commercially minded, with good legal skills/ability and experience within contract law and commercial practice. Software licensing experience is highly desirable, but of more importance is experience of providing comprehensive commercial support in the technology sector and the ability to positively influence colleagues, the sales teams and clients. Salary circa £75,000 Basic plus excellent benefits on offer!
