December - April 09 Description Do you have a passion for the mountains? Do you have excellent customer service skills? After a big day on the slopes, our guests have big appetites. You'll help create feasts that fill stomachs and tantalize taste buds. Catering for up to 30 guests, you'll create everything from packed lunches to three course evening meals. As a Chalet Chef, you’ll really be one of the family, and a vital part of every guest’s holiday. As well as whipping up everything from delicious breakfasts to hearty 3 course dinners, you’ll also be the life and soul of the party around the chalet. One minute you'll be shopping for the tastiest morsels whilst keeping a tight grip on the budget, the next you'll be leading your team to cook the menus you've dreamt up. All the while you will work to ensure there is a friendly presence around the chalet that makes the guests feel right at home. Working for us overseas is a great experience.
