Well regarded commercial practice requires a solicitor to join their team in Bristol. The ideal applicant will be a qualified solicitor with strong experience of contracts, IP, IT and licences. This experience will have been gained working for large company clients and will have involved complex issues. As a niche' practice this firm prides itself on the quality of it's corporate and commercial work. An impressive client list includes both national and international business clients seeking both contentious and non-contentious advise across the entire corporate sector. A close working relationship is encouraged across the firm with an open door policy and co-operation between teams. Salary will be competitive and reflect skills and experience. Level of work on offer will require a solicitor at Senior Associate Level.
