Are you an experienced Employment Litigator looking for a change of scene? Our client is seeking an experienced employment solicitor with at least one years' experience of dealing with contentious employment work. You will be acting for both employees and employers including owner-managed businesses and small and medium sized enterprises across a range of sectors. The work will include: unfair dismissal breach of contract unlawful deduction from wages; and the full range of discrimination claims. You will need to be an excellent communicator and have proven advocacy skills. You should be enthusiastic, able to work to deadlines and be able to work effectively under pressure.
