This highly regarded West Sussex firm are looking for a Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in Residential Property who is capable of managing a team of fee earners and support staff. The firm's conveyancing department is a valued part of their Private Client practice and handles work from both long established clients and their recommendations, as well as local estate agents and referrers. The successful candidate will manage their own small caseload of complex files whilst taking overall responsibility for managing the department and work generation, therefore a proven track record in a similar position is vital.
