This leading law firm based in Newcastle is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join the corporate finance team to assist with the increasing volume of transactional work. Candidates must therefore be able to show previous experience of this. You should be professional in your approach with excellent communication skills both verbally and written as this role will involve a significant amount of client contact. In return you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience, which is likely to be in the region of £40,000 - £50,000.
