**Corporate Solicitor** A position has arisen within our clients Company Commercial team for a Corporate Lawyer. With excellent knowledge of corporate finance, corporate commercial, private company share sales and purchases, and intellectual property matters the ideal candidate will also have strong business development and team skills You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Company Commercial/Corporate Law and have a portfolio of clients who may wish to follow you. If you are currently a partner in a smaller firm or an ambitious Solicitor looking for their next move this would be an ideal opportunity to join one of the regions leading commercial department and working along side well respected Commercial practitioners.
