A contract for at least 26 weeks working in the not-for-profit sector managing the production of a range of creative leaflets and other printed material to be used by the general public throughout 2009.
Developing effective working relationships with a studio team you will liaise closely with key internal stakeholders and suppliers to balance the needs of all parties to create a successful project outcome.
You should have a strong understanding of the creative process, so that you can manage effectively through the various stages from brief through design, artwork and print. Liaising with printers will be a key part of the role so you will need to have strong print knowledge.
Generally you should have sound IT skills in the usual MSOffice programmes, and also have experience of Adobe Acrobat, as PDF proofs are used at all checking stages.
You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent copy checking and writing skills, and experience of managing large marketing projects.
It is likely that you will have been working within agency account management, or within a marketing team that delivers high volumes of creative material.
The contract role is based in Swindon but will require occasional travel to other locations (expenses paid). This is an excellent opportunity in a friendly, creative and genuinely interesting environment.
