This firm has recently won a large contract with a prestigious credit hire business. They are looking for someone to appoint someone to handle the work The Opportunity Handling a caseload of 150-200 matters, with a heavy litigation bias acting for one credit hire client. The role will be working closely with the one client and processing the claims according to their protocols using standard procedures and responses to defences. The Person IT literacy is essential. Ideally someone with litigation and credit hire experience but more importantly the confidence to be able to form a working relationship with a client and deal with litigated files. Essential is energy, commercial drive, not afraid of litigation. The person has prospects of supervising more junior members of the team as the team grows in numbers although if you would prefer just to do the work this can be accommodated too. Salary is negotiable but approximately £16-25000 bonus and subsidised parking. This firm would like to commence interviewing in May 2008.
