This assignment is ongoing with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. You will work within the membership services team providing a first class service to customers who have enquiries or queries relating to Membership, Insurance and Travel. A pleasant telephone manner and excellent communication skills are a must and previous experience in either a customer service, call centre of travel environment a distinct advantage.
