A new and exciting challenging Commercial Litigation opportunity, joining a genuine regional heavyweight but working out of their fantastic Devon offices with all the work/life balance considerations involved. If you are considering a move to settle in Devon or perhaps already live in the region, this is one of those rare opportunities with very little to count against it. It certainly doesn't represent a compromise in career terms by any means - this firm's national Head of Commercial Litigation works in their Plymouth office and you will find yourself getting involved in the very best work for both local and national high profile clients and across a full range of dispute avoidance and dispute resolution work. This is certainly a role that would very well suit a strong candidate either leaving London or a large regional centre firm to now relocate to the region. The firm is now looking to appoint another key player to build on this team's success over the last twelve to eighteen months. Whether you are a general commercial litigation lawyer, or if you can already offer a developing specialism perhaps dealing with IP and IT litigation or financial services sector work for example, they are keen to speak with you. This could be either an Assistant or an Associate level appointment and certainly the career progression opportunities within this team are excellent.
