Graduate Commercial Media Sales Executive - Scientific Publishing - £18k-£25k + £30k-£35k OTE - London Your Profile As a Graduate Commercial Media Sales Executive you are a graduate or equivalent with a 2:1 or above in a science degree or related scientific discipline. If you're looking for a fantastic Media Sales role related to your degree then read on! You will need to be fully competent using Excel to an intermediate level and have a very organised attitude towards your workload. You need to be confident, self-motivated and sales focused with a desire to succeed. Some Media Sales experience would be desirable but not essential. The Role This is a fantastic role for a Graduate Media Sales Executive who is looking for their first step into a publishing house. You will be responsible for: - Selling reprint, ad sales, supplements and sponsorship across all science titles - Ability to build excellent relationships over the phone and develop new business - Attend events both nationally and internationally throughout the year - Report figures for the journals directly to finance department and your sales manager - Prioritising your workload and have excellent organisational skills The Company This fantastic opportunity is working for one of the leading publishers within the educational, scientific and medical sectors.
