Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Top Media Recruiter - To £26k + OTE £35k Year 1

Your Profile

Exciting opportunity for a Graduate calibre candidate either looking to get into recruitment or further forge a career in sales and recruitment. You have some exposure to sales, recruitment or the commercial world, but above you you have a positive attitude towards work and an excellent work ethic. You are able to communicate and influence at all levels and pride yourself on your
adaptable communication style. You are driven my targets and money as well as providing an excellent service to clients and customers. You present yourself well and enjoy working in a fast paced pressured environment. Experience of new business development is a distinct advantage. You are 'sharp', you work fast and you enjoy delivering results quickly. You are commercially aware and look for long term solutions to issues. You are a fast learner and absorb information well. You are keen as mustard and are driven my personal success. You are an organised individual with a good attention to detail that means although you are fast you are also accurate! A proven track record within a sales environment is a distinct bonus.

The Role

You will join as a consultant on one of the most profitable areas within Pfj and The Graduate Recruitment Company. You will be working in This role is owing to expansion, while most company's are struggling, we are doing very well and are looking to expand upon our key offering to clients and candidates. This role will be working with strong Graduates looking to get
into media agency roles. The role of a Media Agency, is to plan, buy and evaluate a company's media spend. You will be working with a variety of candidates looking to get into this sector within sales, non sales, strategic and analytical. We work with some of the most prestigious media agencies, but the role will also be a mix of business development and account management, meaning there is a variety on this patch.

This role will be contacting our current client base and offering this new solution to already receptive clients. Although technically this is a growth area for us, you will be making the warmest business development calls there are! You will be contacting clients who already have excellent relationships with us, making them aware of the new offering and gaining commitment. You
will negotiate fees and manage the entire recruitment process.

You will also be responsible for candidate attraction for this area. You will be sourcing marketing, sales support and administration candidates to work for sexy media companies in London. You will run group interviews, briefings and arrange interviews for your candidates with clients with a view to placing them and earning yourself bonus. You will work to set targets and deadlines
related to both activity and revenue. You will have the support of both your line manager and team mates ensuring you are successful and engaged.
