Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Scheme 16K basic OTE 20K year 1 + benefits + training

Your Profile

You will be a graduate having achieved a 2.1 or above in any discipline and be looking for your first step on the career ladder towards becoming a recruitment consultant. Ideally you will have had some sales exposure or offer commercial experience in a competitive environment. Moreover you will offer bags of enthusiasm, determination and drive and be keen to make your mark with one of the leading players in their sector. The opportunity to reach managerial positions is an immediate possibility for those who possess the desire to succeed in sales. The Role You will join at a trainee level, learning about the business from the ground level upwards. As your experience grows so too will your progression in the business as you move from resourcer through to temps controller and ultimately to a fully fledged recruitment consultant specialising in the secretarial sector.
