We require an experienced Groups Consultant to join the Groups Department at our busy inbound call centre in Preston, Lancashire. The Groups Division is a key player in the UK Groups Travel Market, working alongside Gold Medal’s key partners to develop business, manage key accounts and groups. You must deliver consistent high quality customer service alongside maximising and closing sales at every opportunity. You will be selling worldwide travel arrangements, so must have excellent product knowledge and a willingness to research unfamiliar destinations. The Groups Division is currently open Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm. Full time is 40 hours, 5 days out of 6. (Subject to change).
