IT New Business Development Executive / Junior Sales Account Manager Peterborough, Cambridgeshire £20,000 (Basic) OTE Yr 1 £24K, Yr 2 £40K, Yr 3 £60K Our client is a vibrant, professional and highly knowledgeable IT Hardware, Software and Services Company. As a value-added reseller and solutions provider, in addition to the supply of computer hardware, software and networking products, they also offer additional services such as networking design and implementation, advanced storage solutions and technical services. They are now looking to recruit an IT New Business Development Executive / Junior Sales Account Manager to join their Peterborough office. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a fast growing IT company. As an IT New Business Development Executive / Junior Sales Account Manager your role will be to create business development opportunities and manage the subsequent accounts. Once you are confident and have generated a sufficient business pipeline, your role will then develop into an account management position. To succeed as an IT New Business Development Executive / Junior Sales Account Manager you must have B2B sales experience, preferably in an IT related field. You will also need the charisma, determination and tenacity to generate new opportunities and you must have a basic understanding of IT. Additionally, you should be educated to A level standard (or equivalent) and have a willingness to learn about the IT industry. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a generous basic salary plus commission and an opportunity to develop into a Senior Account Manager.
