The successful graduate sales executive will benefit from a clear and structured path towards becoming an external field sales executive within 2 years of commencing employment with my client. My client places a huge emphasis on everyone playing an integral part in the growth of the company; they have proven experience on the development and progressive growth of their sales staff.
The successful graduate executive will have a desire to progress into field sales, strong communication skills, a degree of at least 2:2 or above, good A-level grades, an ability to demonstrate initiative to identify new business opportunities, sound judgement and analytical abilities as well as the ability to perform and think under pressure. Most of all my client requires graduates who possess sales experience in business to business sales or business to consumer sales, ideally someone who has worked while at university and has taken a year out to do some tarvelling and is now looking for a career in IT sales. The right graduate will need to be enthusiastic, honest, professional and prepared to offer 110% effort.
