They currently have an exciting opportunity for Internal Account Managers to join their Sales office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The main purpose of this role is to be the primary point of contact for their clients and you will develop and service their accounts. You will also provide sales support to the External Account Managers. You will input and manage customer orders and make sure their expectations are met and exceeded. Full training will be provided to ensure you gain full knowledge of all their Core Data Products that are available. You will be required to achieve and exceed monthly targets that you are given, to help you do this you will develop new business opportunities on targeted account lists as well as maintaining business with existing accounts. The successful candidate will have previous experience within Sales Support or a similar role and ideally experience in the IT/ Communications Market. You will also have a good understanding of Telesales or Telemarketing and experience in meeting and exceeding personal targets. You need to be excellent at building and maintaining relationships with your customers, self-motivated, tenacious and enthusiastic. Being able to multi task and work under pressure is vital and you must be proficient in planning and prioritising sales activities towards achieving your aims.
