Investment Banking Executive Search, Structured Finance – Manchester Base Salary £60k + Uncapped Commission + Benefits One of the UK’s specialist financial services search firms covering all major global financial centres is looking for an experienced Search Consultant. The firm, headquartered in London, was founded in 2002 and has since built a strong reputation for delivering search-driven recruitment solutions. Their client base comprises a small selection of leading financial institutions whose human capital requirements they cover comprehensively across most functions and asset classes. Joining the team with specific responsibility for Structured Finance, you will be working on numerous senior mandates within these markets across Europe, Russia, North America and the Middle East. The Structured Finance practice consists of product specialists supported by dedicated researchers who deliver recruitment solutions on behalf of clients across Europe, Asia and North America; focusing on real estate, leveraged and principal finance, securitisation, CDOs and equity and debt capital markets. Holding a tertiary qualification from a recognised University your background will either be working these markets in the City or recruiting for these areas for a minimum of 3 years. You will be personally ambitious and driven to become an expert in your area expanding and developing the business at every opportunity. The business is very much relationship-driven and you will always work to the highest moral and ethical standards, enabling consultants and researchers to understand the needs of the client all the better.
