Motor Trade HGV Recovery Technician/Driver required in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Salary: £30-50k Hours of work: 24 Hour on Call Motor Trade Jobs/Automotive Vacancies: Our client, a busy HGV/Commercial repair centre urgently requires a Heavy Technician. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HGV fitting and repairs, and will also possess a current HGV Class 1 Licence. Your duties will be: Performing of all maintenance services according to the manufacturer's instructions and according to the maintenance schedule/Service processor, All visual inspections, adjustment operations, adjustments, operating fluid changes and additions, replacement of worn equipment (e.g. brake linings), Knowledge of deviations and extraordinary wear occurrences and initiation of order expansions/feedback to customers and resetting of the maintenance system.
