MAIN OBJECTIVE

To run a caseload of litigated personal injury claims and to represent the firm's clients in the conduct of their matters in providing legal advice and assistance in a professional manner, in accordance with client protocols and in a manner that delivers the best possible service.

MAIN TASKS

• v Running a caseload of litigated fast track claimant claims;
• v To manage all client work in accordance with the detailed procedures and quality standards contained in the firm's manuals and client protocols;
• v At all times to exercise high standards of client care in a professional manner;
• v To achieve agreed levels of time recording and billing;
• v If required to assist with the supervision development and support of other members of staff and fee earners;
• v To take part in client entertainment and client training when required;

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience of PI litigation is essential

Good standard of Microsoft Word and Excel

Good numerical skills

GCSE/O levels English and Maths

Law degree or insurance qualifications desirable
