Our client is a Legal 500 and well recognised and respected private practice law firm with a number of offices in the area. They are focused on client care and high qulaity of service. With a substantial Personal Injury & Accident department, they handle claims for individuals and insurance companies. They are members of the Law Society's specialist Personal Injury Panel and APIL. They are looking for an additional experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to develop a new Heath & Safety Prosecutions area dealing with EL work including fatal accidents and serious injury. Prior experience of handling this type of work as well as strong business development and networking is paramount. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of business development within a personal Injury department over a number of years and candidates with a PQE of 1 - 5 will be considered. Salary will be competitive and dependent upon experience.
