PI Solicitor with EL/PL experience required for niche PI firm. You will handle own caseload of PI matters; predominantly EL and PL claims.  Working with predominantly insurance clients, you will advise the client on the prospects of success, carry out further investigations and report with further advice, prepare cases for trial.  This includes complying procedurally with Court Directions, making Applications if necessary, interviewing witnesses and preparing witness statements, briefing Counsel and attending trial.

You must have a minimum of 3 years (or equivalent) experience of handling own caseload of EL/PL claims either from a defendant or claimant perspective.
