Now is the time to join this leading regional firm with a national presence. You will work alongside an existing planning professional to assist with an interesting and varied caseload. An excellent financial package and benefits are on offer. You will be one of two professional planners who complement the existing legal services, including the carrying out of planning appraisals, local plan monitoring and negotiating consents, as well as giving evidence at inquiries and hearings. You will have gained good general planning law exposure that may include EIA regulations, minerals and waste, ecology and historic buildings. You need to be adaptable and flexible in your approach, highly motivated and adept at marketing to help expand our client base. A sound commercial approach is essential. Comfortable in a team environment and keen to progress your professional career, you will need to be MRTPI or equivalent and have a minimum of three years experience gained in the public or private sector. You must be able to communicate well at all levels and negotiate successfully. A commitment to providing first class service to their varied client base is essential.
